VIP location and facilities.

The VIP Condominium is the jewel in the crown of Hat Maerampung. This is regarded by many as being Rayong Province’s finest beach, comprising over 12km of tree-lined golden sands and being part of the Koh Samet National Park.

The fishing port of Ban Phe is only 8km to the east and from there the ferries ply their trade to and from Koh Samet Island. The provincial capital Rayong City is only 15km to the west and Pattaya/Jomtien are approx 80km west depending on your chosen route. Bangkok is only 180 km to the north. If you have your own transport, the highway infrastructure is excellent. The public transport network is impressive too and extremely cheap by western standards.

The condominium complex itself is extremely well appointed. Outside there is a large swimming pool in excellent condition and very well maintained tennis and basketball courts. At the rear of the building the huge car park is very tidy and well surfaced. Inside on the ground floor you will find a snooker room, table tennis room, fully fitted gym with very good equipment, a sauna and an internet/computer room. Wireless internet is available on the ground floor and private high speed internet connection can be installed in all accommodation units.

 

If you want to savour some really incredible local views, I recommend that you take the lift to the all-weather observation deck on the 32nd floor. If you prefer to keep your feet firmly on the ground, you can just sit peacefully in the shade of the lovely garden gazebo and admire the beautiful trees and plants.

There is a strong and visible security presence wherever you go on the premises and friendly staff are available in the reception hall to deal with any issues 24 hours a day. The VIP truly feels more like a luxury beach hotel than a condominium and it offers a very safe and peaceful, quality lifestyle.
